Northern Virginia – Succeed to Lead, LLC (STL) is now Certified as a participant in the US Small Business Administration’s 8(a) Business Development Program. This program is designed to provide business development and technical assistance to small, disadvantaged businesses and enables Succeed to Lead to receive 8(a) Business Development Contracts.
